When Rachelle’s son was diagnosed with Autism in 2021, she found herself at a crossroads in her nursing career. After a period of reflection, she decided to take her passion to the next level and strengthen her skills as entrepreneur in the beauty industry.
Combining her expertise in nursing and her passion for women, Rachelle created Oolala Chic Aesthetics. In a short time, with amazing exponential growth, Rachelle partnered with Megan who brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. We aim to bring you the best and latest beauty treatments, to combine beauty and wellness in a way that helps you look and feel your best. Rachelle Wirtzfeld, RN BSN
Rachelle's journey to Oolala Chic Aesthetics began with the birth of her first two children. It changed everything. She went from being a graphic designer to a doula and a registered nurse, developing and strengthening entrepreneurial skills along the way in the beauty industry. She developed a true passion for women's health. This passion drove her to create a unique business where beauty and wellness are celebrated and embraced.
The journey to create Oolala Chic Aesthetics began when her son was diagnosed with Autism. Leaving her career in OBGYN to help him, not one but TWO nurse practitioners she worked with encouraged her to pursue a career in aesthetics. Although she knew it would be a career she could align with, her mission to help her son in his early diagnosis was greater at the time and she left her career on a prayer that her path would reveal itself. She accepted a part-time position in school nursing but was hired on COVID funds in a one-year contract. Her intuition told her to move forward in a career where she could combine her passion for women, nursing and creativity. God started loudly putting paving stones in front of her and in two weeks of becoming a Certified Nurse Injector, Oolala Chic Aesthetics was born and open! And here we are today.
Rachelle is still working in school nursing part-time to stay close to her son while building her practice at Oolala Chic Aesthetics. In her off-time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, being with family and friends, traveling, and getting out on the Chic Pontoon during the summer.

Megan Theisen, RN
Megan is a registered nurse with over 7 years of experience. She has worked in many areas of nursing including pediatric home care, the emergency department, surgery, oncology, and labor and delivery. Megan met Rachelle as a Certified Lash Technician at The Room Lash Lounge where Oolala Chic Aesthetics began their practice. They instantly connected and were aligned in their visions for a career in aesthetics. Megan is a big believer in doing what makes you happy, and realizing they make a good team, Megan became a partner at Oolala Chic Aesthetics.
Megan is also a wife and mother of five and two stepchildren, her large family is the center of her world. Megan loves to stay busy and is always eager to learn and become the best version of herself.
